1. 📍 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship all over India.
- Some remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable.
2. 🚚 Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment.
- Estimated delivery:
- 3–7 days for metro cities
- 5–10 days for other areas
- Delays may occur due to holidays or courier issues.
3. 📦 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order on the courier partner’s site or our “Track Order” page.
4. 🚫 Delayed or Failed Delivery
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Courier delays

5. 📬 Shipping Charges
Free shipping on most products. If any charge applies, it will be shown during checkout.
6. 🛑 Order Cancellation
You may cancel orders before dispatch. After shipping, only returns are accepted.
7. ❗ Damaged or Tampered Packages
Do not accept if the package looks damaged. If accepted, a full unboxing video is required to claim return/refund.
